For over 26 years I have offered tailored personal training sessions to a wide variety of clients at gyms and studios in San Francisco, as well as in clients’ homes. My training approach has been honed and refined by these many years of experience. And I walk my talk -I am dedicated to my own personal practice and I know what it is like to keep going even when life gets busy and when my body offers its challenges!

Every person is different. I design programs to meet each client’s fitness goals. There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all routine.
